What is it about Sex?

I was thinking... In my post 'Sex without Love' I had many comments - 5 - but then in my post 'Law as a New Religion,' I had none - 0 - which made me think that hey, 'theology is a much more important think than sex! Or is it?'

Blogspot postings are no measure or indicator of what people think is important or spark interest in them to comment, but I guess that people are more interested about sex than theology.

Good Night.

Assalam-o-alaikum.

I sinceely and honestly request you to please remove the picture from this post. I'm new to your blog and thus I don't know what you have in mind or what you're trying to say through that picture but whatever it is, if you appreciate Islam and it's values, I'd hope you wouldn't, couldn't possbily put that up.

If you need more concrete reasons for my saying so, which I hope you don't, here they are:

- It's demeaning to womankind to display her like that.
- Her 'awrah' is visible.
- Her figure is obvious.

point(s) taken.

I guess its ironic how the question that started it all, 'what is it about sex?' - ends it all.

Hope you read some of my other posts.

Thanks for removing that! I half expected you to explain to me why that picture was okay but I'm really glad I was wrong.

I did read some of your posts and in fact, I found your blog through Google while I was searching for the reference for the Hadith on marriage being the best thing for two people who care for each other.

Assalam-o-alaikum!
